Hi all,

Any help would be appreciated, I cant seem to figure this one out, I think it may not be possible.

I have a custom module that does not use ModuleSettings or TabModuleSettings table to hold settings. It was decided to put the modules custom settings into own table. All works fine but I am just trying to make sure the module cleans up after itself. On module uninstal, uninstall script runs and removes table, all good, but when you delete a module from a page and then hard delete from recycling bin does anyone know an event to subscribe to or a way to delete that modules settings from the custom table, the way that DNN core will delete module or TabModule settings at the point of this hard delete?

Obviously I would rather clean up the tables rather than them just being deleted as a whole if entire module is uninstalled; the tables could get huge is people keep creating and deleting modules (not very likely but still!).

Thanks for any help / advice you can offer.

if you place a foreign key reference between your master table with module content (if not existent, place a foreign key on dnn Modules table) to your settings table on column ModuleId with cascade delete - done.
