Hi all,

propably this is more a concern of the Apollo Page Localization module, but maybe someone here has an idea to solve it.

On a DNN 6.2.x site (CE) running on a Windows 2003 Server (32 bit) and SQL Server 2008 Express, the module for translating the page titles ran into a timeout after about a minute. I installed the whole site on my local machine (Windows 7 x64, SQL Server 2012 Express x64, 16 GB RAM) -and after 20 seconds the module showed up and was running like a charm.

I told the customer that his machine is too weak (and too old anyway), so he decided to buy a new server: Xeon 12 cores, 32 GB of RAM, fast and big hard disks etc. - Windows 2012 x64, SQL Server 2012 Express x64. I transfered the site and database - and still, the page (or better the module) runs into this timeout.

Any ideas?

Best wishes

I would check the stored procedure being executed and the tables being used for missing indexes.
