When building a web.api service, it is built directly into the bin folder. This works fine for development, but how do I distribute this? how do I include this .dll in an extension package?

Can I just add something like this to the .dnn file of an existing module with which I want to include this dll?

<component type="Assembly">
    <assemblies>
        <basePath>bin</basePath>
        <assembly>
            <name>MyWebservice.dll</name>
        </assembly>
    </assemblies>
</component>

To be honest, I have no idea what this all means, I just copied if from something that looked like it. :+)
