Hello,

I want to use FNL for a simple application thing - everything works great, but I can't figure out how to make it so people can't submit multiple times through the same account. The "max records" doesn't seem to work - or am I missing something?

Thanks,

Mike

AFAIK the setting is ignored for people with edit permissions, did you try with a user that does not have edit permissions?

Thanks Timo.

Well, I had "Edit Record" because I wanted the users to be able to edit their application. Apparently that's impossible. I've now turned that off and it sorta works...

Now, it shows the form with no indication that the person can't submit it, but then just changes the mouse cursor to a cancel icon when they hover over submit.

Isn't there any way I can have FNL just show a message that says "You've already submitted..." or something and then, ideally, put a button for them to edit their record? Not to be weird about it - but that seems like a pretty basic bit of functionality for FNL.

Thanks,

Mike
