I noticed in the alias section of account settings this morning a bunch of aliases I did not put there.  One was fbi.gov! How could these get there? Did someone hack into my website? How do I keep this from happening again?

Most likely this is from the "Auto Add" behavior option in "Admin" -> "Site Settings".

It could have been a malicious user trying to get in.
