Hi, has anyone been able to add a tooltip to a menu item. I wonder if JQuery might do it? but how you would wire it up I have no idea

Hi
if you are using dnn:DNNRADMENU in the skin file then there is a property EnableToolTips. set it to true.

Thanks,

Had a look at this, not sure how you specify where the the wording for the tooltip is gleaned.?

While we are on tool tips, is there a standard DNN option for using tooltips on text links in articles?

I have just tried using wz_tooltip but I cannot seem to get it to work. I tried placing the js file into the scripts folder of my skin and added the reference to the add scripts ascx.

I added the tooltip to a link in an html module but no show?.

So added the script to the main JS folder of DNN and then added the script reference in the module header?? still no go.

Must be a simple procedure? any advice.
