I have a user making edits in a 5.6.7. In the content editor, the hyperlink manager is popping open a blank box. I have not been able to replicate the issue, but have received screenshots confirming the issue in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve?

This problem has persisted into the upgrade.

Only one user is receiving the error. I am unable to replicate. Any had this issue?
