Did the trust level for your hosting environment change?

I did not change anything.
According to GoDaddy they never allowed medium trust, but the website has been working for three years!
Can you suggest a fix as my client's website has been dow for weeks! Thanks

Or perhaps Windows Server group policy (GPO) has changed for the server. Might help to recursively refresh file permisions as well for the whole website. Maybe it's even a firewall issue?
