Using this module on DNN 7.4.0

The visitors count is not clearing even the site do not have visitors. (I can see this in the Google Analytics Real-Time Overview). The online users are also clearing after a long time I think. This is not clearing for the manual run of the users online schedule in the schedule too. .

Please can you advise for this?

Is there a new release for this module? I am using UsersOnline 5.1.0 module.

What would be the solution for my issue?

Please help. Thank You!

you need to make sure, the purge users online scheduler job is running frequently - if I remember correctly, it has shown an issue on your site.

Hi Sebastian,

I checked the module settings and it says
Module Status - Users Online is currently disabled in the Scheduler.

But I checked the Scheduler and it has enabled. Check the database schedule table. The Enabled field is "True"

How can I fix this?
The total visitors count and the online user count is totally wrong now.

Please help me.

Thank You!
