Its a bug, because it is doing it all over the install. I did have some problems with getting this one to install so my test on this machine may be hosed. Today i wanted to drop a couple of modules on the page and could not get the drop down to work. I had to switch to the IconBar for the admin menu before I could even add the repository but then could not get to the settings on it. I've got another isntall on my machine at home which I'm gonna pay around with tonight and see if I can replicate all this. If it acts the same way I'll take some screen shots and post them. That install went off without a hitch so this may very well be that this one is hosed. This is on Ie9 so that may be it too.
