Rather than replacing the standard DNN Nav Menu on all my sites I was hoping to find a way to make the menu work with touch screen devices.  If anyone knows how to do this please help!

The problem is the standard touch screen drop down issue of no hover so the user can only access the main menu item and none of the submenu items.  I know some menus cause the first touch to open the drop down, then the user can select the menu item.  This would be great.

I use an iPad and regularly work with my site  and my clients on the iPad and don't have any issues accessing the  sub menus.

are you using solpart or NAV?

what is your site?

The site is  and I am using the NAV menu.  I have the solpart menu on some other sites and it works.  The reason I stopped using the solpart menu is that it conflicts with some other modules I use.

Thanks for your help

I had a look and I think it's a small issue, I notice that when I click on the root item such as about us and tips etc, you have them redirecting to the first child menu item. It could be seen as a little confusing. For instance clicking on tips and drill I end up on a page called articles.

So my suggestion is why not leave the choice to the end user and set root Items that have children to disabled. This way you can click on the root menu item and the sub menus display and thus let the user chose what they want.

Hope this helps
