Intro-Video: Content-Management fun with DNN/2sxc7 in 100 Seconds

I believe we need more fast-consumption material to convince people that DNN is the optimal solution for their needs. As "the content-guy" I created a intro-in-100-seconds video - use it as you wish, and it would be great if you too could create such intro-videos in 100 seconds or say 3 minutes. Anything longer and I believe it won't be used in quick-research scenarios.

Enjoy and share:

We've been playing around with the idea of using it for adding content to the page in the bootstrap framework, and have been thinking we'd have to add a new app for each section of content, and have a contentType for each different style. But the way you do it in this short demo, you pull the content module onto the page. Is your app from this demo downloadable? Many of your other pages show the code but not this instance.

I'd be curious to see how you have that put together.

@John: Actually that is super-trivial. When you install 2sxc by default it asks you if you want to install the default templates (not apps, just content). Then you already get all the functionality you saw in the video, just the design is not optimized to your layout yet.

Hi John -

Think about in terms of content types rather than page sections. For instance, I created a content type called General Content. The General Content has a few different layout templates associated with it: With title, No title, Image left, Image right etc etc etc.
