The issue is that after users are registering through the Action Forms module we configured, the user account is waiting for the admin’s authorization.
Once the admin is authorizing the user account, an email should be sent out from the system to inform the user of the approval. This email is not sent. The emails from the Action Forms module are sent just fine and other system emails are also sent fine (pass reset, new security role etc..).
Managed, our hosting provider have tried to troubleshoot it two times with no luck. They changed the emails to conform with the server’s spam filter and they have set up a new DNN v. 09.01.01 (129) platform and were able to reproduce this issue and eliminated the possibility that a 3rd party module/configuration is causing this issue. They have also told me that there are not any records in the server’s logs of these emails trying to be sent.
Managed conclusion is that there is an issue with the DNN 9 platform that causing this problem.
How can we solve this issue? Is there any workaround in case there aren't any solutions?
